I just checked out Michael Allred's Madman Volume 1 from the library and it is real cool. Madman is a pseudo-superhero comic about a costumed dude trying to find himself blah blah blah any way what really grabbed me was the brush work of Allred, its very fluid and free(interpert that however). The whole feel reminds me of the Tick or Scud the disposable assasin. More to follow in upcoming posts. I am currently working on a sequal to the Billy USA comic. It involves time travel(whoa).........
